Every applicant goes through a comprehensive screening process via the RentRedi platform. We verify credit score (minimum 550 required), confirm monthly gross income of at least 2.5 to 3 times the rent, conduct a full background check, verify a valid government-issued photo ID, and review rental history for positive references and no prior evictions. A non-refundable $50 per-person application fee covers the cost of credit and background screening.
