Rental applications for GPM-managed properties are processed through the RentRedi platform. Submission of an application does not constitute an offer to lease, and approval is not guaranteed. Application fees are non-refundable once the screening process has been initiated. All rental relationships are governed by the terms of the executed lease agreement, not by information on this website.
Inquiry Forms and Communications
Submitting a contact form, booking inquiry, or salon suite inquiry on this website does not create any contractual obligation on the part of GPM. Inquiries are reviewed and responded to at our discretion. Submission of a booking or suite inquiry does not reserve or hold any property or suite. GPM reserves the right not to respond to any inquiry at its sole discretion.
