Yes. All GPM salon suites include electricity and water as part of the lease. High-speed WiFi is also provided throughout the building. These inclusions are confirmed in your suite lease agreement. There are no surprise utility bills — your monthly suite rate covers the essentials so you can budget predictably and focus on your clients.

Are utilities included in the salon suite lease?

Once a complete application is submitted via RentRedi — including all required documents and the $50 application fee — Godfrey Property Management reviews and responds within 3 to 5 business days. Incomplete applications may take longer. Submitting all required documents upfront significantly speeds up the review process.

Can I decorate and brand my salon suite?

Absolutely. Your suite is your business space. You are free to bring your own equipment, display your branding, decorate in your brand colours, and create the client experience that reflects your professional identity. Any permanent structural changes require prior written approval from GPM, but aesthetic personalisation is fully encouraged and expected.
